the Sheraton Diana Majestic will enrich its iconic aperitif at the
HClub>Diana with a new monthly proposal: Aperitif900.
On Thursday June 14, July 19 and September 16 guests will experience a real
journey through history, enjoying an intriguing '900-themed aperitif, whose
menu has been studied to hoc inspired by the ancient recipes retrieved in
the menu of the banquets of the time, in collaboration with Samanta
Cornaviera of Massaie Moderne, blog of culinary archeology: prawn croquettes
with De Amici, cuconets with Eleonora Duse, melon ice cream for Regina Elena
and Salad D 'Annunzio, just some of the tantalizing dishes on the menu.
